The SYLFEED Project was a partnership of 10 organizations founded in 2017 which for the past 4 years was led by RIG client Arbiom. Through their collaborative efforts, the SYLFEED consortium was able to prove that Arbiom’s novel “wood to food” process technology used to create the protein-rich SylPro® is a viable solution to bridge the protein gap in Europe, caused by the growing demands of aquaculture and animal feed producers in Europe.
